Firm subscription rates are based on the number of lawyers in the firm who are called to the Alberta bar. Firms may purchase a subscription for one office location only, but all lawyers within that office location must be included in the subscription. Firm-based pricing is significantly reduced on a cost-per-lawyer basis to account for the fact that some lawyers may access the resource frequently and others may only use it occasionally, if at all. The firm-based pricing structure brings the “per lawyer” cost to significantly lower than $895 per lawyer, which is the cost for sole practitioners. Firms who would like to subscribe only the individuals who will actively use the LESA Library must subscribe those lawyers on an individual basis.
Each firm subscription has an account manager who may add or remove members of their firm subscription. To manage your team, click on “Account” and then click “Firms”. You can add or remove members, or assign the manager duties to another member of your team. If you need further assistance, please contact us at 780.420.1987 or [email protected].
If you are a lawyer or legal support staff at a firm with a subscription, you can ask your account manager for access. If you are unsure if your firm has a subscription or who is the account manager at your firm, please contact us at 780.420.1987 or [email protected].
Yes, account managers may add or remove members within their subscription tier number. If the number of lawyers you want to add to or remove from your firm subscription requires a change in your subscription tier, please contact us at 780.420.1987 or [email protected].
